It’s with the return to self where you will find the confidence + joy we are all seeking. Being a mother is a wonderful privilege + challenge. Figuring out YOUR desires, your values and what makes you feel ALIVE! This podcast helps you tap into what makes you feel more alive through interviews and storytelling of the lived experience of mothers. Defuse Any Conflict With These 2 Words, (Especially with Kids)
I noticed that I was getting so annoyed with one of my daughters always trying to be right, it taught me that I DO THIS- she learned from me!! Learn about my shift in the power struggle when I started implementing this strategy.
Using these two words will disarm any conflict, in any relationship- "You're right" vs "I know but.." is one way to empower effective communication to get exactly what you want. Two things can simultaneously be true.
